Opiskelijamuutot, officially Suomen Opiskelijamuutot Oy, started small, and from the very beginning its mission has been to employ young people and students. Over the years the fleet of moving trucks has grown, and those students have developed into moving professionals.

Today we employ around 50 people from a wide range of backgrounds, and we carry out quality moves at fair prices across the Helsinki metropolitan area. The moves are handled by trained moving professionals, and we work flexibly and put the customer first – we want you to be happy with our moving service.

Opiskelijamuutot has been part of the Cityvarasto group since 2022. The group also includes Cityvarasto and PakuOvelle.com. On joining the group, the moving trucks were upgraded to new, high-quality light trucks and the service experience was improved further.

As part of the group, every move is backed by the resources of a larger operator, and through us you also get the group's other services, such as storage and van rental.

Our name reflects our mission: we want to offer work to students and other young people. Many of our employees started out as students and have grown into moving professionals. We recruit movers regularly, so if you're interested in working as a mover, take a look at our open positions.
